On top of this, how many of these years will be good years? Can you exercise regularly, eat right, avoid: accidents, falls, murder, cancer, disease? I’m not trying to be a downer but remind you that our time here is limited.
Were all gonna be dead soon

Time
Time is not your friend and it is not on your side. Since I turned 30 my life has been in fast forward and it refuses to slow down.
Your face will wrinkle, your hair will grey and your knees, hips, back will fail. It will happen to all of us.
You will have regrets in life, don’t let one of those be not living a full life. My grandmother seen here on the right did a lot of things but told me before she passed she wish she had traveled more.
Go Big
There is nothing wrong with a weekend at the lake or visiting the panhandle in Florida but there is a whole other world out there.
Why not get out of your comfort zone and go to Alaska or update the passport and go somewhere exotic? Don’t push it off till you're old/retired because most likely it will never happen or you might not be able to.
You get one go round and their are no guuarantees, make it count and do it now.
Make a list of places you want to go and start planning.
You're supposed to have something to look forward to, have a trip planned and booked.
Create a wish list.
