Don’t be Crabby

The crabs (Sallies) are everywhere and the games of play fighting they engage in are sure to entertain you. Sally Lightfoot crabs are brightly-coloured coastal scavengers, found in the Galapagos Islands and across the western coast of South and Central America. These guys are everywhere and their bright colors contrast the black lave rocks. Most crabs disappear when you get close, the Sally crabs don’t care about you.

The lions of Christobal

The Galapagos sea lion is one of the most emblematic animals of the Galapagos, with a hight of 60 to 100 inches and can weigh up to 550lb. These sea lions are different from their relatives in California, they are much smaller and more sociable.

Island Life

Golden Bay Galapagos

Golden Bay Galapagos was a very nice hotel, a 4 star to be exact. It is as good as its gets on San Cristobal Island. The rooms are nice and clean and you are located at the perfect location. The restaurant downstairs is very good as well,
