Pinus flexilis, also known as the limber pine or Rocky Mountain white pine gracefully sits atop the mountain rim.
The yellow flowers are rabbitbrush that grow in the park, most probably the Chrysothamnus viscidiflorus, also known as viscid rabbitbrush.
