Ring of Kerry

Ring of Kerry is a 111-mile scenic drive around the Iveragh Peninsula in County Kerry, Ireland.

What a strange land and place to explore. The contrast is what I’m referring to because on the one hand, you have this lush green vegetation that seems to stretch across vast swaths of hills and fields. You also have a generous helping of cloudy, grey skies with a side of wind gusting off the Atlantic. It’s hot or cold, it feels nice assuming you have on long pants and wind-breaker to put on and take off several times an hour. It’s inspiring in so many ways and it truly feels like a gift to be here.
