Ibiza
Ibiza is a Spanish island in the Mediterranean Sea that is home to roughly 160,000 people but receives over 3 million visitors per year. They come here to soak in the sun, enjoy the beautiful waters and landscape and to wreck their liver and immune systems. People come from all over Europe and the world to engage in debauchery here and some of the best clubs and party hotels can be found here. However, if you come in the offseason or go to other parts of the island you will find a very laidback island that seems poised for chill and relaxation. No matter why you come to Ibiza, you can find what you're looking for if you so choose.
The Arrival
The flight to Ibiza was aboard the luxurious Vueling Airlines. The flight from Barcelona to Ibiza is less than an hour and passengers were ready to have some fun. As we arrived many groups of party and fun seekers were running about the terminal hallways.
Cala d’Hort & Es Vedra
Cala d'Hort is a small, beloved beach with a fantastic view of the mysterious island of Es Vedrà, which rises dramatically from the sea only several hundred metres from the shore. Es Vedra is touted as the tip of Atlantis,Es Vedra is the source of many island myths and legends: some claim to have seen UFOs flying above it, old wives' tales say it's the ancient site of the lost city of Atlantis, others have heard siren calls from the shore and mystics say it has healing powers.
